Powder and Coating Properties
Our laboratory is well-equipped for the full testing of powder and coating properties and performance to determine compliance to product specifications: physical, chemical and mechanical properties as well as coating durability, such as accelerated weathering exposure and corrosion tests.
Oven Temperature Profiling
This is done to check if baking ovens are achieving the required conditions for proper curing of powders ie. the correct metal temperature and dwell time set for various powder grades and substrate types.
Powder Preparation and Application
We have laboratory equipment for the preparation of powder samples, laboratory powder application systems (spray guns and booths) and curing ovens for full quality control, colour development and product development works.
