We sell some colours as stock colours and produce non-stock colours as well. Please refer to our colour selector.
Yes, we can match the colours per our customer’s needs. We will need a master colour panel or colour charts to match. Our lab will formulate to customer’s specifications like gloss and surface finishings. Matching of colours take about 1 to 2 weeks depending on the colour vibrancy and special effect of the desired colours.
The lead time for powder production is about 2-3 weeks upon colour confirmation or clients’ Purchase Order.
Powder Coatings are an environmentally friendly alternative to solvent based paints with little or no release of VOC emissions.
No. Once the powder coated finish is removed from the oven after baking all it needs is time to cool down.
To maintain the aesthetic properties of powder coated surfaces located outdoors, they should be cleaned on a regular basis ie. every six months. In harsher environments with high levels of salts or pollutants such as seaside or industrial areas, more frequent cleaning is recommended ie. every three months.
