COOL COATINGS
CL Products – COOL COATINGS

- Significantly higher Total Solar Reflectance, TSR Values (total amount of solar energy reflected by a surface material)
- Very dark and black shades remain relatively cooler than regular coatings of corresponding shades. Dark shades absorb more heat energy and therefore benefit the most from the cool coating feature compared to light colours
- Less heat generated on coated surface, with temperature reduction of between 5-12°C
- Available in APR, APR/H&APX Superdurable Polyesters and HPD Hyperdurable Fluoropolymer grades
Gloss at 60°: Matt to high gloss, according to the chosen grade
Colour Range: Wide range, excluding certain high-chroma exotic colours. Blacks& dark shades benefit the most.
Powder Curing: 10–25mins @ 185–205°C, according to the chosen grade
Impact Resistance and flexibility: Good
Typical Uses: Architectural aluminium extrusion sand panels for facades and windows etc
ELECTROSTATIC DISSIPATIVE
(ESD) COATINGS
ESD Products – ELECTROSTATIC DISSIPATIVE COATINGS

- Reduced surface resistance of typically 104–109Ohms compared to ≥ 1012Ohms for regular coatings
- Surface resistance values:
